Botanical Calendar for the year 2022 featuring seasonal plants painted with the pigments they create. It took 12 months of foraging, gardening, and growing to find the perfect seasonal plant for each month. Then a week or to create that lake pigments and watercolor paints from the dye material. Our favorite holidays and notable birthdays are listed throughout the calendar as well.

Plants: Blue Spruce, Pine Cone, Mint, Forsythia, Red Rose, Sweet William, Coreopsis, Dark Knight Scaibosa, Marigold, Sumac Berries, Acorns, Elm Pruning. All gathered in Upstate New York over part of 2020 & 2021.
